UPPSC BEO Recruitment 2025, BEO is a competitive Group B gazetted post under the UPPSC. UPPSC BEO Notification 2025

UPPSC BEO Notification 2025 for Block Education Officers (BEO) in the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Department will be released very soon to fulfil 134 vacancies of BEO. It is expected that the official notification will be released in the coming weeks on the official UPPSC website (uppsc.up.nic.in). Once the UPPSC BEO Notification is officially released, candidates can download it from the official website under the “Latest Notifications” section and thereafter can fill BEO form.

UPPSC BEO Eligibility Criteria 2025

UPPSC has delineated the detailed Eligibility Criteria to become a BEO Officer as given below:

Education Qualification to become a BEO

• To become a UPPSC BEO, Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) from a recognised university. UPPSC has also provided the opportunity to become BEO  to candidates holding  L.T. Diploma (Licentiate in Teaching) from a government training college..

Age Limit to become BEO

• According to UPPSC BEO notification, Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of July 1, 2025 (born between July 2, 1985, and July 1, 2004).

Nationality to become BEO

• Candidates must be Indian citizens. And 
• Should have valid documentation proving nationality.

UPPSC BEO vacancy 2025

According to present information, UPPSC will release the BEO 2025 vacancy very soon to recruit a total of 134 Vacancies in the education departments of Uttar Pradesh. UPPSC, in the coming week, will release the notification for BEO. The notification will carry all the necessary details like the Number of posts, Eligibility criteria for UPPSC BEO and category-wise vacancy for BEO( General, SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, etc).

UPPSC has delineated the UPPSC BEO Qualification for 2025. To become eligible for the UPPSC BEO candidate must fulfil the following qualifications as given below:

• An aspirant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) from a university recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE)
• Aspirants should be between 21 and 40 years old as of July 1, 2025 (born on or after July 2, 1985, and on or before July 1, 2004).
• Candidates must be Indian citizens. 
• According to UPPSC, there is no limit on the number of attempts, provided candidates meet the age and other eligibility criteria at the time of application
