The Bihar Public Service Commission has announced 1,230 vacancies under the 72nd CCE 2026. BPSC 72nd CCE 2026 – Revised Exam Pattern

The selection process consists of three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main (Written) Examination, and Interview / Personality Test. The entire process is designed to test a candidate’s knowledge, analytical ability, writing skills, and suitability for public service.

Stage 1: Preliminary Examination (Screening Test)

Stage 3: Interview / Personality Test

How to Apply Online for BPSC 72nd CCE 2026

The application process is entirely online. Candidates must follow these steps once the portal is active from 7th May 2026 at bpsc.bihar.gov.in and bpsconline.bihar.gov.in.

1. One Time Registration (OTR): Visit bpsconline.bihar.gov.in and complete your OTR using a valid email ID and mobile number. The OTR number is your permanent BPSC registration ID for all future applications.
2. Login & Select Exam: Log in using your OTR credentials, verify personal and academic details, and select “72nd CCE / CDPO / FAO / Probation Officer” from the advertisement list.
3. Fill Post Preferences: Select your preferred post/service carefully. This is mandatory and no changes will be accepted later in the process.
