A question recently arose before SC, does ‘damage to property’ in the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act include intellectual property (IP)?

  • SC judgement: It expanded the definition of ‘damage to property’ in the Act to include intellectual property.
