Innovation Labs are no longer the sole preserve of Private schools. Through this initiative, theIAShub is collaborating with the govt. to build “creative learning spaces” – “Innovation Labs” in the govt. primary schools. These labs have state-of-the-art toolkit to “bridge the learning deficit” between govt. school and private school children. This initiative helps to improve “learning outcomes” of the children and creates a “research orientation” than “rote learning”!
This lab includes STEM corner, Robotics corner, Virtual Reality corner, 3D printing and updated innovation toolkits. The idea is to provide a competitive edge to these school children and widen their horizon.This initiative was given a head-start with our 1st Innovation Lab at Govt. Primary School, Karol bagh, in collaboration with NDMC. This lab was inaugurated by our Chief Guest, Sh. Adesh Gupta Ji, in the presence of hon’ble Mayor and Municipal Commissioner of NDMC.They had applauded our efforts towards revolutionising education at govt. primary school level.
At theIAShub we believe that “Every Talent Deserves A Chance”. We wish to provide a “level playing field” to the deserving aspirants from vulnerable sections, so that they are able to break their “glass ceiling” and “Be Their Dream – An IAS Officer!” To further our efforts to provide “Equality of Opportunity” to candidates from vulnerable sections, we conduct All India Scholarship test for wider “talent hunt”.
We provide best of the guidance from our expert mentors to the chosen scholarship students, which includes hand holding and personalised guidance. We train them through our Artificial Intelligence Platform, AEKA.

For CSE 2021, we had selected 27 students across the country and provide them CSE foundation course mentorship at 100% scholarship . At our Bengaluru centre, we’ve provided free scholarship to 20 deserving women candidates from vulnerable sections which included free course, travel, accommodation and food. We’ve also tied up with NDMC to provide scholarship to 5 deserving aspirants whose parents are working as Group C or D employees at NDMC.

theIAShub has to its credit 34 selections in Top 100 in CSE 2019, which is the highest in India for any IAS mentorship institute. We wish that other aspirants also join this “League of Toppers” with us. Therefore, we endeavour to provide free Mentorship sessions by the Toppers where they share their scoring strategies, “the key to their success”, “the common mistakes that can be avoided”, “common myths about CSE to be busted” etc.
