Bharat Chhodo Andolan, also known as the Quit India Movement, was a significant movement launched in India during World War II on August 8, 1942<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> One of the most influential and decisive movements among these movements was the <\/span><b>Quit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> India Movement also famous as Bharat Chhodo Andolan. It is also called the August Movement because it started in August 1942.
