The process begins when the state government identifies a region of ecological, faunal, floral, or geomorphological significance. After thorough surveys and assessments, the government issues a notification declaring its intent to establish a National Park. This is followed by the settlement of rights of local communities, ensuring their interests are considered. Upon completion of legal and administrative procedures, the area is officially designated as a National Park.
